Each session will delve into different areas and give tools to enable attendees to move forward with their life feeling inspired, motivated, supported, and energised.
Finding your inner Voice – In this workshop, we will be exploring visualisation, mindfulness, the monkey mind, how the world makes sense to us and our main driving motivations.
By the end of the session, you will have a greater understanding of what your inner voice is telling you and how to use that to begin creating what you really want in your life.
Stepping into your Power – In this workshop, we will be exploring challenging limiting beliefs, manifestation, anchoring states that serve you, affirmations and shifting mindset.
By the end of the session, you will have resources to change any areas that are holding you back and tools to continue in your growth.
Live beyond Fear – In this workshop we will be exploring gratitude journal work, tapping into all of your natural resources, personal growth, remembering your toolkit, self-care, and expansion.
By the end of the session, you will understand how to feel the fear but do it anyway and you will feel confident in how to keep on growing.
