I have worked with sufferers of depression & anxiety, low self esteem, chronic fatigue and pain.

Many of us live with things that hold us back from reaching our full potential. We become accustomed to certain levels of pain, put off doing things through fear or low motivation levels, and get stuck in patterns we have formed through un-resourceful habits.
We are aware that things don’t feel quite right, but we don’t know where to begin to make any lasting changes. Often it isn’t until we reach breaking point in some way, that we really find the incentive to commit energy to ourselves and to making real shifts in our lives. This can lead to physical ailments and dis-ease, emotional & mental exhaustion or feelings of overwhelm.
